Does anyone have any tips to relieve postpartum breast engorgement and leaking?

In the hospital I was told to wear a tight bra and avoid the shower spray directly hitting my breasts but it's been 5 weeks since birth and I am still struggling with this.

I wore three bras I wore a regualr underwire and two sports bras on top of that. I never took them off unless I showered. and I stood with my back to the shower spray. Also take an IB profin for the pain.

Yeah I would love to know a solution to this.. I am due in December but I am huge right now.. I'm 5'2'' and I wear a 34DD right now. I'm usually only a 34D or so but I'm afraid of what's going to happen after I have the baby.
